Q: what is a credit? And How can I customize the AI?
A: Credits used can vary depending on the AI model used. One of Google’s models will cost 1 credit per generation, where up to 7 short-to-medium form content types can be created (up to 500 words per content type). Note: you could still generate a longer form piece by using each content type as a section of the long form piece.
For customization, you can feed the AI specific words you wish for it to mention per content type you wish to generate. You may save contexts (product/service/company information needed) via a URL or regular copy and paste.
The ‘criteria’ in a content set also allows you to provide your own specifications for how the content type should be written. You can have AI automatically create these specifications after mentioning your content type.
Q: What’s the refund policy?
A: For a subscription only, if you reach out within 5 days of the first subscription date and have used 3 credits or less, you may be eligible for a refund. However, pay as you go credits are non-refundable.
Q: HOW DO THE Google Docs and Slack INTEGRATIONS FUNCTION?
A: The Google Docs integration allows you to create a Google Doc with your generated content. The Slack integration allows you to send your content metrics and document link to a Slack channel.
Q: Can subtext be for project management side of content?
A: Yes, we have a Kanban board view by status of the content with documents sortable by various details.
